Hi I am trying to feather a photo. I am taking these steps. I select an elliptical Marquee tool. I select around my image. I then refine and feather. I then click on apply. Now I want to delete the background so I go to Select, and choose invert pixel selection. I then press delete on my keyboard, and this is the problem. It deletes the background and the picture. What is the problem ?

Hi. I have been trying for hours to get the image below to fit into that shape, without making the image bigger. I want to pull the center top of the image ONLY up so it can fit, and then move the 4 corners to the corners of the PNG image below. Is there a way to do that ?
