Thanks Paul and Komatös. @PaulEC I've done this. But I get the same message like this one two threats before. @Komatös Seltsamerweise stehen dort nicht der Product-Key und die Anmelde-ID. Ich habe sie allerdings beide aufgeschrieben. Dort sind nur ein paar Erweiterungen aufgelistet, die ich mal heruntergeladen hatte. At the side of the store I didn't find the product-key and the notification-ID... (why?) But I have notated the numbers by hand.

Das habe ich gerade noch einmal gemacht, aber ich bekomme nach wie vor die gleiche Meldung... Ich hänge sie mal an. Viele Grüße Adelheid

Hallo @Komatös , danke für Dein Willkommen und die schnelle Antwort. Ja, ich kann mich im Store anmelden. Ich habe dort allerdings meine Mailadresse schon vor einiger Zeit geändert. Bisher hatte ich keine Probleme diesbezüglich. Als der alte Computer noch funktionierte konnte ich auch unter registrierte Geräte (so ähnlich heißt das, glaube ich) auch den PC sehen. Inzwischen ist kein Gerät dort als registriert notiert. Man kann sich ja innerhalb vom Affinity-Programm selber abmelden bzw. ausloggen. Das hatte ich getan. Viele Grüße Adelheid

Ich werde meine Frage auf deutsch und englisch formulieren, auch wenn mein Englisch nicht so gut ist... 😏 Hallo zusammen, ich habe einen neuen PC und möchte das Programm nun auch hier nutzen. Wenn ich es öffnen und meinen Produktschlüssel eingeben möchte, bekomme ich immer die Fehlermeldung, dass der Schlüssel und die Emailadresse nicht übereinstimmen. Dabei habe ich die Mailadresse genutzt, mit der ich mich seinerzeit angemeldet habe und das Programm gekauft habe. Kann es sein, dass man Affinity Photo nur auf einem Computer nutzen kann? Auch wenn dieser kaputt ist und man das Programm nun am neuen PC nutzen möchte? Ich möchte Affinity Photo ja nicht auf zwei Geräten nutzen, nur auf dem Neuen. Weiß jemand Bescheid? Hello, my old PC is out of order. Now I have a new machine and want do install my Affinity Photo to this computer. If I want to open the programm I have to supply the mailadress and the product-key. But all the times I get the error message: mailadress and product key are not agree... The mailadress is the same than I`ve given by bying the programm. It is possible, that I could use the programm only of one PC. And is this PC broken, I have to buy a new program?! 😮 Could anyone help me? Thanks... Kind regards Adelheid
