I registered the app on my desktop. How do I get the app for my laptop? I apologize for the newbie questions. -

I purchased Affinity Photo for my mac through the app store. The app opened fine. When I went to my account to register the app I keep getting a "We're Sorry" error. I would like to install the app on my laptop as well as my desktop but I don't want to purchase the app twice. Could you assist me with this please?
