[Deform a selection to fit a shape]

I want to fit a actual window selection onto another windows where the second window is a different shape. How do I deform or transform the selected window shape to fit the window?

All that is that it says says there is an import tab. 

In the tone map persona   I don't show any presets?

Further I have some download tone map presets and cannot figure out how to load them or where to look to load the presets.

Can I get an explanation on how to do this?
