    The disable and restart has not helped. It still continues to Crash.

    Hi there, I have uninstalled the software and also used Revo Uninstaller to remove any additional hidden reg keys. I have now reinstalled the software on Windows 10 and continue to get the same crashing error. Once I open the application then attempt to create a new document the app shuts down immediately. Could there be a conflict with any other programs installed on my PC? I have Cricut and Gimp software currently installed. Thank you, Liz
