Hi is it possible to easily copy settings, brushes, presets etc to a new computer

Hi Does anyone know how (if its possible) to organise fonts. What I'm would like is the same way that brushes are organised. SO one can name a group of fonts, instead of having the whole list all the time. I understand that the fonts are directly linked to the Windows font folder. But is there a way around it so I can group them Thanks for your time
