  1. Also, which file is currently the active selected: Here "file2" is actually selected, but, because the image panel background matches the deselected tab colour, it looks like file1 is selected to me. Catches me out every time. PS, I like the idea of accent colours themed to the selected application suggested by @maxen
  2. +1 Just ran into this limitation yesterday, and was surprised DDS was not supported. Ended up installing imagemagik to do the conversion from the command line
  3. This bug seems fairly obvious, but cannot find any reprots, so.. Open a canon RAW file in develop, switched to "overlays" tab, added a gradient overlay, then selected the "basic" tab to adjust contrast etc and the application just disappears with no mention of a crash/report After trying some more combinations it seems that it crashes no matter which overlay (brush or gradient overlays) I select, or even if I use the overlay. It seems to just be the act oc creating any overlay layer and switching to another tab ("basic", "tones", whatever).
  4. Every couple of months I end up looking at this thread after I have accidentally painted on a mask layer and want to turn on a mask overlay so I can correct it. I forget that this is still not a feature, and the workarounds sound are not easy to remember either! Also, being to switch on/off the visible mask overlay may also be helpful for beginners trying to understand masking. Any, see you all on this thread in another couple of months.
  5. I have the same issue on Affinity Photo 1.10.1 - crashes as soon as I add a soft proof to any document (even a new document). Don't know when it started because I've only just come back to trying soft proofing - last tried it without issue when I was running Affinity Photo 1.8.something OS: windows 10 Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3570K CPU @ 3.40GHz 4.40 GHz Installed RAM: 24.0 GB System type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor Graphics Card: Nvidia Gforce GTX 1070 Latest OS and GPU drivers. Affinity Designer does not crash when I add a soft proof filter layer, so it seems specific to Affinity Photo.
