I'm running Win 10, and updated Designer before starting to try to do some work on a file I created a little over a year ago. Not sure what version I was running then but it was fairly up to date at the time. I have a book I wanted to make some edits to before sending to press, but I can't save any changes to the files now, I get the same error message. "Save failed due to an internal error. This should be reported to the development team."
The program will let me save the file as a new one under another name if I don't make any changes to it, but soon as I do make even a small one, I get this.
I saw recommendations on an older thread to turn off save history, but didn't have that on, I really need to get this sorted ASAP, so if you guys have any clue what was changed between versions of the program that would make files created on an older version inoperable now, I would love to know.
I saw that this issue has come up in the past for users of other versions of the program, so I hope the team has worked out the causes by now! Thanks!
