Unable to activate hardware Acceleration

Hi, As we can see on the attached image, even having a newer windows version than required and a very capable GPU (way above min. requirements), I still can't activate hardware acceleration. Can somebody shine some light as to why? System Specs: Ryzen 5 5600x 16gb 3200mhz Radeon RX5700 8G DX12 ready Thank you
