I'm a new user of Affinity Photo. When I opened a .HEIC image downloaded from my wife's iPhone, all that is displayed are tan and black blocks, not the image, even though Windows Photos displays it just fine. Am I doing something wrong? Attached is a screen cap of the image in Affinity and Windows Photos... Thanks; Rob Pleak
