Creating a targeted “Root” layer

I’m not sure if this has been done before, but I always thought it would be a cool concept. Say you make a sketch in pixel mode, over and image. You do a rough draft, and then you decide to resize it and rotate somewhere else in the art board. Then you realize you left out a crucial detail on the original sketch(root layer) that overlayed the image resource. So you go back to the original sketch and sketch it in, this would simultaneously copy the new adjustments to the resized and rotated copy of the original sketch. I’m not sure how laborious this would be on the processor, but I’ve always thought it would be a cool idea.
