I'm new to the software and trying to remove irregular shadows from a portion of skin that are caused by a tree - they look like a soft tattoo unless one zooms in. I've been using the Dodge Brush Tool to mark highlights, but I'm not fully convinced if this is the way to go - is there a better tool?
