[After using Insert inside the selection button, cannot select curves (inside) with move tool anymore]

Hi,

I have a problem with using the button/tool "Insert inside the selection".
When im using it, i cannot select the curves which are now laying inside another anymore with the move tool. I'd have to select them manualy in the layers panel. Is this a bug?
So i usualy select the curve i want to work on with the move tool by double clicking so long on it until its selcted, maybe there are smarter ways anyway?
