To CEO of Affinity Photo,
Dear Sir/Madam,
Purchased Affinity Photo on 12th Jul 2015.
iTunes advertising at the top of the charges advised 20% would be deducted from the purchase price of $49.99 if purchased before 23rd July 2015.
Charge should have been $39.99
Copy of my receipt and email from iTunes below. iTunes will not commit to their being and overcharge, yet clearly there has been according to the advertising, but iTunes are not willing to resolve this overcharge. Can you please help and clarify.
Thanks and best regards.
Ian R. Kendrick

Hello again Ian,
Thank you for your response. I hope you are well.
To clarify, under the description for the App it was listed as 20% off. Since the App is now showing as $64.99 and you were charged $45.45 plus tax, it appears that you did receive a discount. Here is a link of the App with the current price:

If you have any additional questions about the pricing of the App I recommend speaking with the developer at the following link:

Please let me know if you have any questions.
Sincerely, Andrea iTunes Store Senior Advisor
