@John Rostron. Also opening an existing file the affinity will hang up until it will not respond, I can't completely use it. I tried Uninstall and Installing still the problems occur. I will provide photos or videos if you want. -Jay

Hi @John Rostron Sorry for the confuse, I mean FILE > New after clicking a PAPER SIZE then create, there comes the problem it will hang up until it will not responds. -Jay

Hi Good day! Please someone help me, all my affinity application is not responding after opening new document I am new in this product and I don't know how to fix it. I've search a lot about this problem and nothing has the same problem as mine. Thanks for your help. My OS is Windows 10 x64 with 24GB ram.
