Hi! macOS High Sierra 10.13.6 (iMac mid 2011 so I only can update High Sierra) I just leave it open. It doesn't always occur. Can't relate it to anything yet.

Hi, It happened again. As you can see the 'levels' are completely disappeared from the menu. When I restart, it's back. Peter

Hi! From the adjustments tab, the 'level' one disappears sometimes when you leave Affinity Photo open and are ready for your new project. Rebooting resolves it. Peter
