    No, the answer is still the same. You must view your image at 100% zoom to evaluate how the noise will really appear when you export your image. You will not get an accurate depiction if you have zoomed out (less than 100%).

    So, zoom to 100% (Ctrl + 1 (Windows) or Cmd +1 (Mac)), apply the noise.  That is how it should look when exported and viewed at 100% after exporting.
