Changing background of website from black with white type to white with black type. I cannot read this site as it is.

I have difficulty reading your website because of background being black. The white type hardly shows on a small laptop screen. Can this be changed to white background with black type. The tutorials were impossible to see and as a former Adobe user, I need your tutorials. Help, thanks, Sandra Aska
