Yes, but when I expand the stroke, it fails to preserve the arrowhead.

I have a stroke with an arrow at its end. The stroke is thick enough that I want to turn it into a curve.

How do I do this? The two options I can think of don't work:

• Layer > Convert to Curve is greyed out and unavailable.
• Expand Stroke gets rid of the arrowhead.

In Illustrator, you just Expand Appearance. Is there something I'm missing?
