Dear Walt, thank you very much for your tips. I know that my Windows 7 is quite a bit outdated but the best OS from Microsoft. I will try on another Win7 computer (fully patched) if this can help. Have a great day and best regards from Berlin, Andreas

Dear Affinity Support, the upgrade installation of 1.9.2 over version 1.9.1 was successfully completed. Unfortunately the new version 1.9.2 of Publisher crashed right after startup on my Windows 7 computer. Attached you will find a screen shot with some more details. And by the way, Designer and Photo 1.9.2 also crashes after upgrade with the same behavior. Thanks a lot for your help and looking forward to hear from you soon. Regards from Berlin, Andreas Nitsche
