for years, i have been using serif x7 and when i go to file, open, it brings me to my folders, when i open a folder, it used to show an image of each jpeg or spp. now, it just shows the icon for serif and no image, so i have to open the image to see what it is. how can i get my open folder to show the actual image again? thanks for your help Dennis I found my own answer - it was located in file explorer, under change format
