It was on by default, how do I turn it off, please?

Version 1.9.2.1035 on Windows 10. I tried it on a blank document as requested and it still freezes when attempting to add a shortcut. If I select a different program or alt+tab away, I can't reselect it, and I have to end the process and restart it. I was trying to apply Ctrl+2 to Heading 1 (I removed the normal shortcut that made it snap to 200% zoom) but it didn't work. I also tried the one you suggested, but that still froze the program.

All there in the title, Affinity Publisher freezes when assigning a shortcut to a paragraph style. No matter what style, what shortcut, whatever, it just won't work after I click OK. What exactly can I do about this?
