    You can try to find corresponding glyphs in browser: Ǝ
    Or paste the converted glyph into the text box - scaling will still work - text on path needs work though.

    If you want to maintain the editability of the text, you can use separate text frames for the letters you want to manipulate, so in this case three, one for A, one for E and one for the unmodified rest. This is easier with text via Artistic Text Tool, though it can be done with the Frame Text Tool as well.

    Welcome to the forums @GIA4u
    If you convert the text to curves you can then manipulate each letter individually but you will not be able to edit the text as text after the conversion.
    See attached video – done using Publisher but the technique is the same in Designer.
