[how to edit just one letter in a word / affinity designer]

so i want to edit just one letter in a word ( in Affinity Designer ) for exmaple lets take the word "aplle" so now i just want to turn the "A" upside down and the "E" i want mirrowed 

dose any one has idea how to , if so pls help thanks
