    Affinity on Mac won't open

    in Pre-V2 Archive of Affinity on Desktop Questions (macOS and Windows)

    Hello,

    I'm experiencing problems with Affinity Pro which will no longer open on my mac on macOS Big Sur v11.4. It opened yesterday fine and I didn't download the most recent update. I tried to open again today but it never seems to manage get past the bouncing icon on my dock. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling most recent update but to no avail. Not sure how to fix this issue.

    Would anyone be able to offer some advice? thanks in advance.
