Thank you for your reply. I added a sample of my document. 

The export settings: I tried different settings and my guess is that there is something wrong (not the right settings).

Hi,

I made an illustration sheet in publisher, draw vector lines (named the colour CutContour (CMYK 100%M) and put it on overprint). But when I want to export it as a separate layer it doesn't work. Some background information: the printing company requires it on overprint. But they are telling me it keeps coming up in full colour and not as a seperate layer, whatever I'm trying to do. Any idea how to fix this or what the proper settings are to  solve this issue?
