V2 has no possibility to save compatible file format with V1 to unable one user working on old software and new one simultaneously. I had hope that Affinity Software would be some nice project, great alternative for adobe but they do not listen their small group of clients. Instead they think how to force them to buy new version (If one co-worker has v2 another one has no choice), so lame. I was forced to use Lightroom, so I bought it with PS cause it was cheaper together. Develop in AP v1 had no updates clients ask for, ubuntu or any other Linux is no consider by developers but there is a big group of hungry clients and very big empty market - unbelievable. Future for Affinity is not bright, only hope someone openminded overtake control in management.

I have similar problem, but it has started around month ago. Very slow work flow and it crashes all the time... 🤔 I have no more patient. I tried switch off Graphic-card acceleration dithering and precise clipping but nothing works. Maybe it is because of some AF update? If some one had similar problem and solved it, please let me know. Processor CPU - AMD Ryzen 7 1700 2.99 GHz (boost 3.20) RAM - 32 GB Graphics - Radeon RX 580 Series 4096 MB Hard-drive - SSD I have PS with package of Lightroom but I used to prefer AF much more, but right now I probably try to switch to PS 🤨 investing in v2 it is to risky in those circumstances

They doing something with that or not? Right now I recommend to use Darktable+Gimp or Adobe Lightroom+PS package.

I am looking forward to Linux version but indeed Android devices are much more popular than iPAD's. Probably Serif has some agreement and extra funds for doing software for specific systems.

LINUX please! MAC users prefers PS but gimp users could switch to Affinity... Even NASA uses Linux

I also need macros directly in raw developing and also I asked them if there would be color checker plugin for colours calibration.
