i'm not really sure how to go about this, and I wasn't able to find anything when I searched the forum. I assume I need to create an artboard, but I specifically am not sure how to recreate the white abstract parts of the pattern.

Basically the title - I have played around with the noise but was wondering if there's any way to recreate this printed texture on Affinity Designer (or Photo, but I am not as familiar with using Photo) like the attached photo. Thank you!
