[AP is shutting itself down]

Is there anyone from Affinity Support Team who could help me? Or is there any other way to get help from Affinity? I bought a software I can't use, so I'd like some support please.

hi, I was going to start a new document to do what you suggested, and right after the page showed up and I zoomed in, AP shut down. This happend twice. My Laptop is 7 years old, is that of any interest?

Hi there, I'd like some help: Affinity Publisher is shutting itself down when I start editing a text block by typing new text. 

It doesn't freeze and there is no crash report or anything. I am working with Windows 10. Thanks! Birgit

dear team, same problem here. affinity publisher shuts down immediately after opening. 

i cant try the step

Deactivating hardware acceleration in Affinity Photo should solve your problem. You can find this under Preferences --> Performance.

 

because program shuts down. i use the newest affinity version 1.9.2, windows 10, graphic driver intel hd graphics 4000 (up to date). crash report is activated. do you have any suggestions? both german or english ok.
