  1. I've found the solution everyone: I updated my drivers and everything works fine now. I feel stupid! So thank you very much to the community for the help! You guys were ready for something/someone more sophisticated than what I was bringing to the table. So thank you again!
  2. Hi John, Thanks for the solution. However, I can't get into the program to actually work with the interface; the splash screen starts up then stops responding. I will, however, keep this in mind for when I actually get into the program. --Jarrod
  3. Hello, I just recently purchased a copy of Affinity Designer 1.9.2.1035 and have downloaded the .exe file to my computer. This is not the first time, however (probably more like the 6th). I can get through the preparation phase and get the actual program installed on my computer. But, when I start up the program, I get the splash screen. The splash screen then freezes and stops responding in a matter of seconds. I have been following the instructions on several of the official Affinity forums, some for 1.9.2.1035 and others not. Per those instructions/suggestions, I have uninstalled and reinstalled this program a couple of times now to no success (obviously), I have downloaded and run NetFxRepairTool to no success, I have restated my computer then reinstalled, then uninstalled, restarted my computer then reinstalled again--once more, to no success. I just can't seem to get this program to work. My process is an Intel(RT) Core(TM) i5-4210U CPU @ 1.70GHz / 2.40 GHz. My GPU is an AMD Radeon R7 M265. I really hope you guys can get this working because I would really like to use this and verify the hype. But, right now, I'm out of options and ready to ask for my money back because I just can't use it. Thank you in advance.
