Found the problem, looks like when "Apply to all" is checked then it doesn't save, when it's unchecked then it works again.

I was searching forum for a way to reset primary and secondary to black and white colors, found that this function exists but it does't have keyboard shortcut. So here I set it to D, no conflicts, everythings looks fine. I close preferences but shortcut doesn't work so I check the preferences again and shortcut is not there anymore. I tried to change other shortcuts in Miscellaneous but none of them save. Changing other type of shortcuts (Brush tools, View and so on) works, only Miscellaneous has the problem. Occurs even if I create new document or try to restart application. Running: Affinity Photo 1.9.2 1035 Windows 10 Pro 20H2 19042.985 + Huion tablet drivers for 1060P
