[Affinity Designer Glitching and Crashing my computer]

My affinity designer program has been causing several glitches that make me have to either restart my computer to get it working again or it just simply completely crashes my computer. I have tried uninstalling, clearing my computer cache, and reinstalling the app and the problem persists. A few times a notification has popped up that there is an error with the settings when opening up the program again. Though this does not always occur. It's tiring trying to trouble shoot it and I'm now at a loss for what to do.
