Thank you to everybody for your responses.  As you can see, I'm new at this game and still learning that there is often more than one way of doing things! Affinity Publisher is a different ball game from my very old Serif Page Plus.

I have managed to create text on path by following the Publisher Help directions but I can still see the path on the final document.  How do I get rid of it?

I am running a Mac on 10.13.6 (High Sierra)
