Is it currently possible, or will it be coming in an update, to create a swatch colour that it a combination of 2 or more existing swatches? Similar to Mixed Ink swatches in InDesign, or similar to giving an object 2 fill appearances in Illustrator. The 2 fills, can then be multiplied to create a new mixed colour without having to place 2 identical objects on top of each other. I tried to achieve this using effects for colour overlay and adding a spot colour overlay on an object that was filled with another spot colour. On screen this appeared to work, but failed to export to PDF as far as I can see. Is this possible? Thanks

Hi, Would it be possible to add another view to the scope or histogram palette in Affinity Photo to allow you to visualise in 3D the colour/pixel distribution of an image in a live 3D view. I think it's a really useful way of looking a the colour distribution in an image see http://opensource.graphics/visualizing-the-3d-point-cloud-of-rgb-colors/for an example. If possible there's one difference to the way it's displayed in the linked article that I'd like to see. To display a wireframe for both the colour profile area and a outer cube wireframe for the CIELAB colour space as well so that you can see how the pixel distribution relates to what colours are technically possible in the selected colour profile. Thanks for moving this to the requests area. I hadn't used Photo enough to notice yet the lack of spot & pantone colours. So maybe the ability to add Duotone, Tritone, Quadtone editing could be added to the 1, 8 & 16bit color modes. Also the ability to have 1 or more spot channels within an image and with the ability remaining in the image when saved out as tif or PDF would also mean that for print professionals Affinity Photo would be a more viable alternative to Photoshop. Hopefully one day InDesign may even support importing Affinity Photo native format images!

Hi, When you have the Move Tool active, pressing the Spacebar temporarily hides the border control handles around the edge of the layer content. Could the same Spacebar shortcut be adapted to also hide the Marching Ants selection border?

Hi, We're new to Affinity Photo, so far everything looks very good, but we have the need to edit and create 1bit images. Normally they are .tif files but if we load them into Affinity Photo at the moment it appears to convert the image to an 8bit format with no options available to save it back out as 1bit. Is this possible as it's something we do a lot of in Photoshop currently. Thanks.
