I created a 4-page booklet, so in Publisher there are 3 "spreads": Page 1, Page 2 & 3 (double-size) and Page 4. When it goes to the printer, they will print it on a single, double-sided sheet which is then folded in half. Therefore, when exporting to PDF, the first and last pages must be combined on a single page or spread or layout (sorry, not sure of the exact term). Is there a way to tell Publisher to export my document this way, or do I need to manually combine pages 4 & 1 (i.e. 4 would be on the left, 1 on the right)?

Yes the Model: Booklet option is exactly what I was looking for, thank you. Unfortunately it doesn't exist in the PDF Export dialog. Hopefully the printer will do the "imposition" as you stated. Thanks!
