Das Plakat ist nur ein Teil dieser Station. Die nachfolgenden Aufgaben beschäftigen sich damit die Vor- und Nachteile der Siegel herauszuarbeiten. Ich würde die inhaltliche Ebene allerdings nur ungerne hier diskutieren, zumal der Kontext gänzlich fehlt.

@thomaso So habe ich es jetzt auch gemacht. Einen Screenshot einer der Vorlagen halbtransparent über ein Poster gelegt, funktioniert echt gut. Die relativen Größen in Bezug auf die Plakatgrößen haben mich rausgebracht, ich wusste nicht wie ich das in Publisher umsetzen sollte. Zumal ich glaube ich nichtmal das original Logo als Vektor habe, passt nämlich nicht hunterprozentig drüber, eher so 98%
Leider gibt es im CD trotzdem Plakate mit unterschiedlich großen Logos. Da ich allerdings NaWi-Student bin und Affinity nutze, um das Material für eine Exkursion zu gestalten, die in meiner Masterarbeit untersucht wird (wollte es später zur Materialerstellung in der Schule gebrauchen), reicht das meinen "Vorgesetzten" hoffentlich. Es sind eben "nur" Plakate, die für eine Exkursion herausgeholt werden, keine offiziell einsehbaren in öffentlichen Räumen.

Like @markw I think the corporate design manual does tell everything. Usually all aspects which aren't mentioned in the manual are free.
Take a look at page 53 / 54, dort wird das Plakat besprochen. Oder S. 55/56, "das wissenschaftliche Poster". (ich hab bisher nur das manual, nicht dein Plakat downgeloaded). Zum Logo allg. (Abstände etc) ist was auf S. 8 / 9 (ff).
Evtl. kannst du einen Plakat-screenshot aus dem Manual halbtransparent über dein Plakat-Layout legen, um die Übereinstimmung relevanter Elemente zu checken. Die Plakat-Beispiele im Manual müssen ja korrekt sein
Wenn du damit nicht zurecht kommst, frage evtl. nochmal zu einem ganz konkreten Problem. Dazu genügen im Forum oft erstmal screenshots.
ps: Wie kommt es, dass ihr für die Master-Arbeit die Benutzung von Design-Manuals noch nicht gelernt habt? Oder studierst du nicht Grafik/Design sondern ein ganz anderes Fach und musst trotzdem die Vorgaben einhalten? – However, jetzt schonmal viel Erfolg jedenfalls !!

I’m no too sure what form of specific Publisher help you are wanting here…?
As best as I can understand your attached PDF, as I don’t speak German, but the PDF seems to give a very clear and comprehensive set of rules with guidance as to relative sizes of page content, and how pages should be laid out.
With regard to your example file;
Comparing it against the examples in the PDF, the Logo and the Name At the top would seem too small. In the attached screenshot I’ve overlaid the basic A4 layout over your document.

The mask in the underlying (bottommost) .aphoto file breaks for some reason (there are 3 nested .aphoto images within a picture frame control). It works when transparencies are forced to be flattened (like when exporting to PDF/X-3 or PDF/X-1a:2003), or if you manually flatten the "Ölpalme Abbildung 4.afphoto" file within the picture frame by right clicking the image within the control, and choose "Rasterize" from the context menu. After that it exports correctly to any PDF format.

First, make a Paragraph Style for that set of paragraphs. It will be easier to work with.
What has happened is a combination of different leading for different paragraphs and then different leading overrides on the different paragraphs. 
Finally there is the Text frame having a Justify for the vertical alignment. Try with the Balance text in Columns checked.

Dann werde ich es tatsächlich erstmal so lassen, ist ein Uni-Projekt bei dem es sich unter Umständen gar nicht lohnt.

Kannst du schon, aber die Wege, die mir nur dazu einfallen, werden dir nicht gefallen.
a) Ein abgerundetes Rechteck ohne Linie anlegen, mit der Füllung versehen und in einen Textrahmen umwandeln. Nachteil ist, wenn du den Textrahmen skalierst, verändert sich auch der Eckenradius.
b) Wie a) nur das Rechteck nicht in einen Textrahmen umwandeln, sondern einen separaten Textrahmen ohne Füllung darüber legen.
Ich denke, hierzu sollte es einen Bug-Report geben.

If they have people who know what they are doing they could rip apart a PDF and put things back together if really needed. That being said why not just ask them what changes are needed and make the changes yourself? It is your design and I am assuming they do not own the rights to your design. Another simple option as Mike pointed out is for them to get Publisher. They would not even need to buy it, they could simple get a 30 day demo and make changes themselves. I never use Publisher but I can still muddle through when I test or check something in it.

The map image you are using has it's difficulties: lots of jpeg artifacts at the edges.
To get a clean mask in this case, you may use other workflows, e.g.
- using pen tool to create a curve that covers the globe. Fill color white
- using 2 rectangles to cover the text
- add all curves to a "compound" shape
nest this shape as mask to the map
apply a gaussian blur of 0.5 to 1.0 px via layer fx to smooth the edges.
