It's Windows, The laptop is a HP Pavilion Gaming laptop Intel R i5 Ram 8 GB 64bit operating system Windows 10 Home I also have another monitor connected. I have tried clicking on the desktop icon and other program start locations but nothing happens.

When I click on the icon to start the program, I get the splash screen, then and then the splash screen closes. Then nothing happens
