Can't remove blue text frame
in Pre-V2 Archive of Affinity on Desktop Questions (macOS and Windows)

After I make a text frame to type a title inside, when I am finished I am left with a blue border around any title or phrase that I have entered and I can not get rid of it. I even deleted the frame and created a fresh text box and same issue.
