  1. Hello, sorry for late update. I have updated my video drive and it works like ever. I don't even need to switch on the Warp. Thank you! @carl123
  2. Yeah, after it succeed to open, it ran slower than ever. Thank you for your suggestion, I'll try it later! ;D
  3. When I tried to switch off Hardware Acceleration, it didn't help. After I tried the Rendered to Warp, it works.
  4. Thank you so much for your help. It works now! Now I can enjoy Affinity Designer. Thank you.
  5. Hi, thank you for your help. I've tried to fix Setup Failed Error and it has been installed successfully with the latest version. But, the main problem is still there. The application can be opened properly, but when I tried to create new file or open existing file, the application shuts down. When I checked the Task Manager > Performance, it reached 100% both in my GPUs, at the time it processed creating new file or opening file. I've switched the Graphic Application Settings to high performance, but no effect. I wonder, is the problem related to my GPU? Or any suggestions? Thank you
  6. I'm using Affinity Designer 1.8.5 on Windows. The application can be opened properly, but when I try to create new file or open existing file, the application shuts down. When I checked the Task Manager, seems the GPU reaches 100% when it creates or opens the file. My GPU is AMD Radeon R7 Graphics. I have tried to update the new version, but the setup was failed. I have tried to uninstall and re-install the application but nothing changes. Any suggestion? Thanks in advance
