  1. Bumping with the wish for toggling the corner tool to V1 behavior. It's just distruptive fighting against the automatic tool change when you regularly make designs with varied radius. I'm at the point in my workflow where I'm rounding corners, so let me just stay in the tool that lets me round corners. Thanks.
  2. Latest Nvidia game ready driver 466.47 - May 18, 2021 seems to be working fine for now. (This driver release seems to have gone over my head while troubleshooting this) I would probably write the following ranges of drivers up as duds, in case someone else comes across this same issue: GeForce Game Ready Driver: 460.79 December 9, 2020 ~ 466.27 April 29, 2021 NVIDIA Studio Driver: 460.89 December 15, 2020 ~ 462.59 May 11, 2021 Thank you for your time and patience
  3. No G-sync. Running them at 144hz 1920x1080. Still occurs at 60hz and default color profile.
  4. Nope. The only "fixes" so far has been: Swap around displayport cables between monitor 1 and 2 on every pc boot. Roll back Nvidia driver to 457.51 or earlier. Use WARP, but that's just avoiding the problem. Also tried Designer 1.8.3, but that is also broken on Nvidia drivers after 457.51. Attached a shaky phone video with Designer as an example, to clearly display the problem. Split between monitor 1 and monitor 2, both on Displayport, to show it's only the main monitor that blacks out. AFDesigner black screen.mp4
  5. Slight update, the "fix" only works until reboot... most of the time. Had one reboot, after many, where it still worked.
  6. @Chris B My monitors are not configured to Nvidia Surround. I am using 3 monitors however. I played around with it some more, and it was only on the middle (main) monitor that will blackscreen. 2nd and 3rd monitor worked fine. In a weird twist of events, I tried swapping the Display Port cables for my main and 2nd monitor (the third one is on HDMI) to check if it was a faulty port on GPU... And that seems to have somehow fixed the problem for now. No blackscreens anywhere. Swapping the cables back to the first configuration reproduces the problem. I also talked with an acquaintace, also on 3 monitors (2 displays, one display graphics tablet), and a GTX 1080, that had the same blackscreen behavior on Adobe Ai and PS. Also had to roll back driver. He later updated drivers again, where it had either been fixed on Adobe's or Nvidia's end. For reference, Ai and PS still work fine for me even when reproducing the problem.
  7. Using both Affinity Designer/Photo 1.9+, latest Windows 10 version as of writing and latest Nvidia studio drivers. System specs: AMD Ryzen 5 3600x Gigabyte RTX 2070S Windforce OC 3X 8G Corsair LPX 3200@cl16 2x16gb Asrock B550M Steel Legend Any Nvidia driver after game ready driver 457.51 has this issue. Swapping over to WARP/CPU rendering ofc. stops the black screen issues, but rendering on CPU is not ideal. For clarification: It's a full monitor blackscreen for a couple seconds, as soon as anything is done on the canvas. Be it zoom, pan, draw any shape etc. Any suggestions other than just roll my back my driver to 457.51 forever for these 2 pieces of software?
