I also noticed that when you expand the stroke of multiple objects, AD crashes too. Maybe it's because I use several strokes. Anyway, this is quite an issue that they need to take care of!

It's a serious problem that you can't easily chose to scale everything. Having several strokes makes scaling a disturbing thing! 

[Affinity Designer Plugins]

+1 for plugin for Affiniy Designer. It would be so incredible helpful to being able to send data to Affinity Desginer, hide/show layers based on that and then export an image!
