[DXF or DWG file import in Affinity Designer]

I mean, to be fair DXF is a very bloated file format but to implement a basic import feature you can pretty much ignore most of the tags.

My boss was pretty hyped about Designer until he realised it doesn’t handle dxf or dwg. I’ve been impressed with most of the features but this is definitely a major shortcoming.

Awesome tip. I was exporting rotated objects to SVG and importing them into a web app which added its own coordinate system so resetting the bounding box made my life much easier.
