What do you mean by "successfully closing the application"? I'm not ripping out power cables from the wall or terminating the process from the task manager, just simply clicking on the "X" in the upper-right corner. To my understanding this should be the right way to do so... or should I use PowerShell with a couple of commands instead?
And I did save a project after rearranging these tools. Since it always resets, I only bother working on those when I'm actually going to draw something.

Since I always have to make a new layout for myself, here is a new one I made in a hurry. Once I close the software, everything goes back to default.

Hi! I would like to ask how to prevent Affinity Photo from resetting it's toolbars each and every time I'm opening the software?
It also resets it's location on my monitors to it's default, but that's what least concerns me.
I'm running the latest version on Windows 10 and I'm also logged in to my account. Thanks!

The application was installed under a regular "user" account, but with administrator privileges.
It was an Affinity Store buy, not an MS one.
BTW I've uninstalled the app with GeekUninstaller and made a fresh install. For now it seems this fixed my main issues.
