Same issue for me, really messes up the workflow and efficiency. Shame that it is not fixed in v2. Must be a very common problem for many people who use the app. Only tried with OS X

How do I measure with margins and not the edges of the document?

Gurgamel posted a topic in Pre-V2 Archive of Affinity on Desktop Questions (macOS and Windows)

Hello I'm designing a brochure and I've tried in various ways to make it measure with the margin but I cannot get it to work. On the picture you can see it measures on a guide on the right but when it comes to the left it measures from the edge of the document. I have enabled "Snap to margins" and "snap to gudies" Help would be much appreciated.
