HELP. Trying to print a 8.5 x 11 spread.

I have a 8.5 x 11 spread with no margins that I am trying to print. I have selected the Letter sized paper in my printer settings. When it prints it cuts off a potion of the document. I have tried a MILLION different things and can't get it to print the full sheet. Even with PDF it don't fit.
