It's doesn't just annoy my OCD, it doesn't make any sense. In all other apps it's not there (correctly), as anyone that ever used any design tool knows that you just need to press space to pan around, and also needs to be removed from the tablet version as well as on iPad you use 2 fingers to zoom / pan around.
And after it's removed the default should be the Move tool.
Also all the apps start up very slow for the first time, it would be a lot better if the loading splash screen would launch a lot sooner to at least show that it's starting up.
