I can't use Photo 1.9 at all. Every time I try, it opens just fine, but after one click (like if I click on Open, for instance) it immediately locks up and says Not Responding at the top. This started when I installed this version back when it was first released--in other words, 1.9 has never worked for me. I've just tried it again, several weeks after the first try, and obviously the problem hasn't been fixed yet. I haven't tried reinstalling the previous version, but from what others have said, it sounds like that might be a good temporary fix.
