Affinity 1.9.3 crash when open any photo file

Wes Smith posted a topic in V1 Bugs found on macOS

First install of Affinity on this computer. iMac, 2013, 32G Ram, Internal NVDIA 780M and External AMD RX570 Photoshop, LR, DXO all work well Affinity will start, but loading any jpeg, tiff or ORF(RAW) file will crash it. Crash info attached crashinfo
