Hmmm, where can I find those "modifier key tool tips? (ALT, SHIFT, STRG dont do anything while clicking)

Well I get your point, but I can start a selection with the Lasso Tool in "add mode" too, so that should be possible with the Flood Select Tool as well dont you think? Its such a little tiny thing, that I wish was improved in the near future... Or lets say if I hold shift or strg it adds to the selection automaticly, that would be such a quality of life improvement...

So I have noticed when I chose a selection mode with the lasso tool (for example "add") it stays in that mode when switching tools. BUT when I chose the selection mode "add" in the magic wand and then switch tools it allways jumps back to the default selection mode "new". Is there anything I can do about that. Little things like that drive my nuts...

About the square brackets []... I guess I have a "German keyboard" (what even is that ^^?), and they never worked for me, which is why I had to change the shortcut..., guess I will have to work with the default shortcut now, thanks for clarifying!

I cant find a way to add shortcuts to this operation. Is it just not implemented? If so please add that feature

Also, i think its THE BEST advertisement you can get. Procreate got popular, because people were posting their artworks with timelapses on youtube/instagram and others were curious what was the app.
Beside that, this would be THE FIRST proffesional app for desktop with this kind of feature. 
It would be crazy easy to advertise that in artist community.

hm well, i wanted to experiment with the Contour Tool a bit and beside the export it was working perfectly fine.

So i guess in order to keep using the Contour Tool i have to convert the shapes into curves at some point? That kinda sucks but ok...

I made the circles by offsetting a base circle with the "Contour Tool"...

I didnt wanted to convert them to curves because it seemed like a destructive workflow?

yes, i just tried that out but that didnt help.

my workaround right now is to copy the whole design into a seperate new affinity designer file...

that fixes the problem 100% but thats definitly not something i want in my workflow...

sadly that didnt do anything for me, export is still missing pieces of the design....

so i was exporting and the export came out incomplete.

One pic is a screenshot from affinity designer, the outher is the exported image.

Anyone have a possible solution for this problem?

(it also cuts off parts of the design depending on the zoom i use...)

Hello Affinity-users

Im using affnity designer for an illustration and clipped a vector shape to anouther vector shape.

The problem is, that you can still see a white outline underneath the grey layer, and thats really annoing.

Can anyone give me a non-destructive solution to fix this situation (a quick workaround would be nice)
