Right now I'm trying to switch from one layer to another layer. But I've been using on a daily basis the Affinity three apps (Designer, Publisher and Photo). Specially Publisher, 'cos of publishing projects. We've reviewed all the text pages, the text part was all green-lighted, so I was going to start working on the illustrations. I opened up Publisher and it only had 2 (two) pages of text, all the other ten (10) pages of text* went missing (and the text was part of the Publisher file, not a link to another file, I done all the text part within/inside Publisher). *(The ten [10] pages are there, but the text is gone)

I'm on OS: Microsoft Windows 10 Home Version: 10.0.19044 Build 19044 Running on: System Type: x64-based PC Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-7100 CPU @ 3.90GHz, 3900 Mhz, 2 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s) Installed Physical Memory (RAM): 16.0 GB Nv1 Disk Drive Model: KINGSTON SNVS1000GB Size: 931.51 GB (1,000,202,273,280 bytes) That heavy lag, including crashing etc. is only happening with Affinity Photo/Designer/Publisher. All my other Apps (no exception, GIMP, Corel Painter, Krita, Clip Studio Paint EX, Inkscape, Harmony Advanced, etc.) are working really fast, really good, specially 'cos of the amount of (RAM) and the writing/reading ultra high speed of my Nv1. Attached are the Affinity Photo info (entire performance tab; and version).

recently my Affinity Photo isn't able to deal/work even with a few low-res images.. I'm on 1.10.4.1198 should I downgrade? thx in advance

Greetings. I'm working with a 58MB affinity publisher file in Affinity Publisher (version 1.10.1), the document has 27 pages. It keeps crashing when I move, copy, paste or remove Symbols. Any good pointers to what I could do to avoid it crashing? *(other than stopping moving, copying, pasting and removing Symbols)? The symbols are very simple letterforms, such as the letter M, very low in vertices count. In another attempt to work around this problem, I created a brand new affinity publisher file.. and once I started using symbols it crashed.. It seams that affinity publisher isn't able to handle symbols: I'm filing a bug report. Cheers and thx!

Hey guys, is there a way to avoid pixelated/aliased existent white/transparent between vector shapes artifact *from non-existent geometry gap* ? https://youtu.be/VwZX4SIoJFI <- a video I made, might be useful *I also attached the afdesign file* The artifact persists when I export as png/jpg (no matter what resolution, 72 DPI, 300 DPI, I even tried 80 000 DPI) Lemme send you an image of how close the nodes are.. the line is from Outline View Mode, as you can see both vector shapes are snapped to each other, with no gap between them, no matter how close you zoom in: **look for attached image files "max zoom affinity snapped vector shapes.png" and "troubleshoot (high resolution) -.png" P.S: btw, is there a merging command I could try to use? there's Rasterize and Trim, but that is kinda destructive cos you lose the vector scalability..***and*** the artifact persists. artifact of a non-existent geometry gap _lowres web _4 vector shapes.afdesign

Hello. I got Affinity Photo installed, then begun intalling FilterForge 7.0, clicked on the Affinity checkbox plugin option and... FilterForge only runs stand-alone. Anybody from the ready for testing debug people or serif devs came across that too? I was expecting it to show FIlterForge as a plugin inside Affinity Photo. just like I see on videos about that funcionality. That's what's the Affinity checkbox plugin option for, during the FilterForge installation. But I open Affinity Photo's Filters menu, click on Plugins and nothing.
